In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Floral Reverie responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement by removing or disabling access to the disputed material. We may also share the contents of the notice, including contact details, with the uploader in question.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you are the affected party and believe the material was taken down erroneously, you may submit a counter-notification. The notice must contain:

  • Identification of the content and the exact URL where it was located.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error.
  • A declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court relevant to your address (or any judicial district if outside the U.S.), and that you agree to accept service of process from the original complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the complainant and may restore the material within 10–14 business days if no legal action is initiated.
