If you cancel your flower order at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time, you are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time are non-refundable.
If your flowers are damaged or not as described in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will either replace the flowers or offer a partial refund depending on the nature of the issue.
If your flower order is not delivered on time, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will either offer a re-delivery or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances.
If the flowers are not fresh or do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order. We will offer a refund or a replacement, depending on the issue.
